We at Majestic Custom Homes, Inc have been in construction since 1983 and building quality Custom- Semi Custom Homes since 1994. We are a local family owned and operated company dedicated to building a quality product at an affordable price. Because we build your home with a one on one as well as, a one at a time approach, you are able to make custom changes on plans already in our portfolio or build a home from scratch. We feel; that paying close attention to detail and a good foundation is the start of a great home.
Currently we have at Majestic Custom Homes, lots available in Falcon Hills, Meridian Ranch and Davis Ranch, as well as several other custom-semi/custom sites located East and NE Colorado Springs and Falcon/Peyton areas. We are also available to build on your lot in many cases.
Our Custom-Semi/Custom Homes start in the low $300’s, which include our Standard Upgraded Features, both in Construction and Finished Product.
